A 4 hour experience that takes place in a rustic cheese farm (Vavoulas family farm).
This time guests will visit a hilltop with great views to the sea as well as to the farming lands of southwest Naxos.
Another small cheese making facility, where the young owners keep their vegetable garden and raise their animals. In this farm we have the opportunity to cook on fire and take flavors to a whole new level! Yannis, the farmer, will help guests milk his goats, show them how he makes his cheese and ask for their help. His wife Katerina, will teach them how to cook local recipes, with ingredients that they can pick up from the garden. Then, everyone will sit down to rest underneath the olive tree and enjoy the feast.
