Payment terms

25% of the program amount is required upon confirmation and it is non-refundable.

90 days before departure: 50% of the program price

60 days before departure: 100% of the program price

Cancellation policy

91 days or more prior to departure, we charge a cancellation fee of 25% of the total cost of your trip.

Between 90 and 61 days prior to departure, we charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of your trip or use this amount as credit for a future booking*.

60 days or fewer prior to departure, we charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost of your trip.

Change of traveler

f you are unable to travel, you can pass on your spot to someone else free of charge. This is subject to any additional charges that might occur from the amendment ( for example change of name on the flights)
