1. Payment Policy

a. A deposit of 50% of the total trip cost is required to secure your booking.

b. The remaining balance must be paid 25 days before the trip departure date.

2. Cancellation Policy

a. If you cancel within 48 hours of deposit payment, you will receive a full refund of the deposit payment minus the transaction fees ( 3%)

b. After 48 hours of deposit payment, any payments are non-refundable.

3. Itinerary Changes

a. We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

b. We will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives or compensation if itinerary changes occur.

4. Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may occur during the trip, such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.

5. Health and Safety

a. We prioritize the health and safety of our travelers and will comply with all local health and safety regulations.

b. Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety and must follow all local laws and regulations.

c. We reserve the right to remove any traveler who poses a threat to the health and safety of themselves or others.

6. Liability

a. We assume no liability for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property arising from any cause during the trip.

b. We recommend that travelers obtain their own liability insurance to cover any potential losses.
