- A main level with a luxurious master bedroom complete with a private pool and jacuzzi, two additional bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a small office, a spacious lounge and dining area, a fully equipped main kitchen, a discreet staff kitchen, and an extensive outdoor area. This includes a large infinity pool, a 10-person jacuzzi, lounge and sushi lounge areas, an outdoor dining space with cinema facilities, and the 'Eye Bar' for intimate gatherings or relaxed evenings.
- The lower level houses communal spaces such as a spa, gym, playroom, and the 'Secret World', a secluded area perfect for private events, equipped with high-quality acoustic systems.
- Above the main level, Level B features four more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a kitchenette, an infinity pool, a jacuzzi, and a BBQ area.
